Plasma Height Sense
The control software incorparates a number of plasma torch height control options ranging from the simplest pneumatic roller ball setup to a high definition height sense with plate detect and end of cut lookahead. In all cases the cutting parameters are set automatically including the optimum arc voltage, the initial height and the pierce height.
Automatic gas control.
Gas pressures are controlled by the system automatically via a parameter database. The system controls the preheat time, preheat pressure, pierce time, pierce ramp, speed ramp cut pressure etc.
