We manufacture machines for a diverse range of industries, from small fabrications and education to structural steel and shipbuilding.industries,
All our machines include the Techserv PC based CNC controller, designed specifically for
profile cutting machine applications. The controller features unrivaled ease of use and superior profiling performance.
Recent contracts include machines to manufacture the roof of the 2012 aquatic centre and the olympic stadium, four machines to manufacture Britains new aircraft carriers and several installations in schools and colleges.
We don't make bold statements about being the best and offering the best service or the best machines etc as these statements are very difficult to quantify, however we do try to keep our customers happy and most of them would recommend us if asked.
At Techserv we are trying to continue the history of British innovation, all our machines are built in our Dewsbury factory ( old mill ), we source as many parts locally as we can, our controller was written in house and we are very proud of what we have managed to achieve.
We are happy to talk about gas and plasma cutting machines and can offer free advice, clearly we do have a bias towards our own machines. :)

Systems are available in kit form for ease of shipping and physical location within your works. The combination of a fully integrated design, high tolerance engineering and the highest quality materials makes configuration and commissioning accurate and fast.
Simple to maintain
We have always prided ourselves on our personal customer service. To make our life easier we have made yours simpler too, corrective maintenance is simple, systematic and if any problems should occur the person at the other end of the phone is one of our design development team and knows the machine intimately.

Aluminium is a premium material now used to offer the advantages of light-weight, strength, resilience and dynamic performance specified for performance in all areas of industry and technology. Now with our machine range these same advantages are applied to plasma cutting systems. Our cutters are certainly not only the lightest but also we think the most robust and accurate in its class.
Standard PC terminal
We also have designed the system to work with any standard PC terminal. Saving you the cost and aggravation of obtaining a specially configured unit should any post warranty problems occur, simply visit your nearest PC reseller.

Recent projects
Techserv HS4000 plasma machines cut the first plates for Britains new aircraft carrier fleet. Four machines were supplied to make several sections of the huge carriers.
